Mishima Reserve beef contains half the saturated fat and twice the mono unsaturated fat—a lighter, sweeter, healthier fat—than other breeds. They also have higher levels of healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Additionally, we never, ever resort to shortcuts —Mishima Reserve Wagyu are never given added hormones or growth promotants of any kind, and the beef is free of antibiotic residues.
