We accept returns within 30-days of purchase for all durable goods offered on mishimareserve.com. If you experiencing issues with an item outside of the 30-day window, please contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage.
Digital Gift Cards:
Our digital gift cards are non-refundable. If you there is an issue with a perishable item or you would like to return a durable good purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your gift card.
